Just because we’ve put away our shirtless tops, doesn’t mean the cocktails go with it. Summer fades and so do does the drinking, but we’re here to keep some fun traditions alive. For that, we’ve provided you with a list of elevated beverages that are perfect for the colder months, but will make you feel as care free as you did in the summer.

Smoky Grapefruit Gin and Tonic
The classic order for after hours, but with a hearty twist.
To make 1 Cocktail:
- 1 half-wheel slice of pink grapefruit
- 2 oz. gin
- 1⁄2 oz. grapefruit juice
- 2 oz. tonic
- 2 oz. soda
- Sea salt

Vanilla Irish Coffee
It’s our favourite winter time drink, and a necessary pick me up
To make 1 Irish Coffee:
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 1 oz. Jameson Irish whiskey
- 1 oz. Flor de Cana 7-Year rum
- 3 oz. freshly-brewed coffee
- Whipped cream and ground cinnamon, to garnish

Jamaican Punch
A classic summer cocktail – but the nutmeg brings the warmth.
Makes 1 Glass:
- 2 oz. Smith & Cross Navy Strength Rum
- 1⁄2 oz. allspice dram
- 1⁄2 oz. sugar cane syrup
- 1 oz. Grated nutmeg
