Chotto Matte has designed and curated an exclusive cocktail menu that has been crafted with expertise in collaboration with Tequila brand Código 1530 and will feature bursting sweet flavours and surprise skull sightings. Guests will have the privilege of enjoying the restaurant’s signature “a la carte” favourites, while being treated with surprises that will definitely be remembered.

Celebrations will officially begin October 30 with line-up guests that will last from brunch to dinner. With the help from professional dancers and DJs, your weekend will carry the theme of “exhilarating” from the start. If you are unable to attend the live events, you are welcome to enjoy patio season, way into fall. Every Saturday, Chotto Matte hosts “Jungle Brunch”, an immersive and theatrical brunch experience including aerial artists, acrobats and tropical décor.

Chotto Matte embraces and shares culture through Japanese – Peruvian cuisine. Both cultures share a common theme of fresh flavours and seasonal ingredients. Well respected chef, Jordan Sclare invites guests to participate and cherish culinary traditions that have translated to a culminative and diverse palate.
