Get to know the founder and learn all about her incredible beauty brand, which recently launched a brand partnership with Kourtney Kardashian’s Poosh platform!

Ambari Beauty is a Vancouver-based luxury skincare brand that is taking the beauty world by storm and changing the game with high-quality products and unique ingredient lists designed to give your skin a gorgeous glow.

Today, HOLR is chatting with the brand’s founder, Nisha Grewal, to learn all about her journey. Nisha tells the story of why Ambari Beauty products are so incredible and the overwhelming success the brand has seen since launching a recent brand partnership with Kourtney Kardashian’s lifestyle platform, Poosh.

Tell us about how you founded your Canadian-based brand, Ambari Beauty.

I began developing Ambari Beauty back in 2019 in Vancouver, British Columbia with the goal of creating a high-performance skincare line that could offer immediate medi-spa-like results in the comfort of your own home. As a mother and an entrepreneur myself, I know that finding the time to indulge in self-care at a medi spa can be challenging so I wanted to formulate a product that could offer consumers the ability to achieve immediate skincare results. I began working on Ambari’s proprietary formula called The Modern Blend with my team which went through rigorous research, clinical and consumer trials. From there we launched our line into Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman at the beginning of 2021 and the rest is history! It’s been an amazing first year in the market. 

What types of products can we expect to shop from the brand?

With Ambari Beauty our skincare products truly do what they say, product formulation is the highest priority for us. Currently, we offer a serum and mask and we recently launched our new product the Complex4 Hydrator Cream in September at an event in partnership with Poosh. All our products are formulated with our unique ingredient story The Modern Blend which is composed of clinically active ingredients, smart adaptogens, and broad-spectrum oil—so customers can expect glowing glass-like skin after just one use.

Talk to us about the importance of skincare and how Ambari Beauty is changing the beauty world.

Skincare is a major component of self-care which I think is vital especially during this pandemic. Taking the time to care for your skin can make a huge difference in your overall state of being and mentality. In the skincare realm, there are so many products and steps that are recommended which can be overwhelming. My goal with Ambari Beauty is to offer consumers highly effective formulas which can help to simplify your overall skincare routine. 

You recently launched a brand partnership with Kourtney Kardashian’s lifestyle platform, Poosh- talk to us about this experience and your “Poolside with Poosh x Ambari” event!

Ambari Beauty is in partnership with Poosh for the remainder of 2021. We recently launched this partnership with a special Poolside with Poosh x Ambari event. The poolside event was an elevated spa and relaxation experience held in Kourtney’s stunning backyard space. Guests received a range of luxury treatments, including a hydrating facial with Ambari products. 

Our branding was displayed everywhere throughout the event space in extraordinary detail. There was even a floral installation in the pool that spelled out “Ambari” in flowers. Every guest was personally escorted into the space and directed to a different treatment station where a professional was waiting for them to arrive. The space was incredible- and was quite literally a spa oasis. Enhanced with sound therapy and exquisite views, it really felt like you were stepping into a health and wellness retreat. Guests in attendance included Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian; Steph Shep; and Kris Jenner, who all received Ambari facials. 

It’s been such a rewarding journey getting to partner with the Poosh team. To have a platform as influential as Poosh give a voice to our brand on their global platform has been such an amazing opportunity for Ambari, and we’ve already seen an increase in brand awareness and interest coming in from new customers following the event.
