Looks like pop culture’s royal family has a wedding to plan!

On Sunday, Blink 182 drummer, Travis Barker proposed to reality star, Kourtney Kardashian at Rosewood Miramar hotel in Montecito, California.

“Forever”, the couple wrote to each other via Instagram, sharing the news with family, friends and fans.

Travis pulled out all the stops, taking a knee on the beach in the center of a heart-shaped flower arrangement. Kourtney said yes before jumping into Travis’ arms.

“Travis escorted Kourtney down to the beach, where he had red and white florals set up in the shape of a heart. It looked very romantic” A source told E! News. “I could see Kourtney smiling from ear to ear and put her hand over her mouth looking surprised. The family cheered for them and went back into the hotel.”

They later shared an intimate dinner together with their family including Travis’ kids, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Tristan Thomson and of course Kris Jenner and Corey Gamble.

But, we’ll just have to wait for the Kardashian’s new show to air on Hulu to get the full behind-the-scenes look.

The couple only recently began dating at the start of 2021. They made their relationship official via Instagram on February 14, 2021, with a picture of their interlocked hands. The couple has, however, been close friends for years.

“Kourtney is the happiest,” another source told E! News. “Travis adores her and treats her so well. It’s very different than her other relationships and all positive.”

Speaking of past relationships, reality star, Scott Disick is allegedly not taking the news well. A source told Page Six, “Scott is going crazy.” “He’s going to go off the deep end. It’s really bad. It’s about to get dark.”

Scott had previously given his blessing to the couple during a reunion episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashian’s with Andy Cohen.

“I think if you really love somebody right, you want them to be happy no matter what,” Scott told Andy. “So, I do give her a blessing to be happy.”

However, he later made headlines for his petty direct messages to Kourtney’s ex, Younes Bendjima.

Scott wrote, “Yo is this chick ok!???? Broooo like what is this. In the middle of Italy.”

This will be Kourtney’s first marriage but, not the first time she’s been offered a ring. Scott admitted to Kim and Khloe on an episode of Keeping Up that he had proposed to Kourtney.

“It was really weird. I don’t think we told anybody actually,” said Scott. “It was somewhat cute and then we just got scared about like media and this and that, and we were like, ‘Let’s just put the ring aside and we’ll talk about it another day.’ Never spoke about it again.”
