Bringing a California state of mind to the heart of the entertainment district, chef Guillermo Herbetson draws from his Mexican heritage and his travels to the rich terrains of Spain and Mexico to create simple and honest dishes with a modern twist. The Palm Lounge, an extension to Montecito, is an intimate bar and lounge space with a wrap-around patio located inside the restaurant. Offering a selection of signature cocktails, along with delicious snacks and bottles from Montecito’s extensive wine list the Palm Lounge is the perfect spot for a glass of wine after work or a signature cocktail to start an evening out on the town. Daily features include Wine Wednesdays, Let’s Sea Thursdays and Classic Fridays. Guests can also enjoy live music on select Fridays!
