Kim Kardashian teams up with Fendi for a ready-to-wear collection plus the latest details we have on the Kardashian’s impending reality show!

Skims announces the companies second major design partnership after teaming up with the US Olympic team and it couldn’t be more iconic.  

Reality star and founder of SKIMS, Kim Kardashian, announced on Monday a limited-edition collection in collaboration with Italian fashion house, Fendi and Kim Jones. This comes alongside the news of Kim Kardashian being named Brand Innovator of 2021 by WSJ. Magazine. 

“Both Fendi and Skims have a cultural power very different from each other, but equally as strong,” Kim told WSJ Magazine. “We share a desire to push boundaries, think differently and challenge convention which is why we found so much common ground collaborating on this collection together.”

Kim shared a sneak peek of the collection to Instagram writing that the collection is set to launch on November 9 at 6am PST. 

The collaboration took inspiration from an archival Fendi collection by Karl Lagerfeld that featured, “twisted tube tops, pop colours and tight sashes”. The collaboration will be form-fitting, remixing the 1979 designs with best-selling SKIMS silhouettes.

Kim Kardashian West also opened up about her family’s latest reality show in her interview with WSJ. Magazine telling fans to prepare to see a “different side” of her. Kim told the magazine that her family retains editing rights, meaning they will have more control over the narrative of the show. 

“I think it will be a different side. But I wouldn’t say that our silly sides are not going to come out,” she said.

What we know so far is that you can expect to see more of Kim’s professional life and her life as a student. Also set to air on the show is Kourtney’s recent engagement to Blink-182 drummer, Travis Barker. 

Last week on Ellen Khloe shared that the show will premiere, “either end of January, early February”.
