Earth Day is coming up on April 22nd and founder of sustainable activewear brand Free Flow, Emily Ratchford, wanted to do something to bring people together this year that will have a big impact, even while we’re all practicing social distancing.
As such, Free Flow has teamed up with Toronto’s beloved BOLO for a Virtual Earth Day Beach Clean-Up event.
Free Flow will be picking up 1 kg of trash off a beach worldwide for each one of BOLO’s Live Instagram viewers that participate in an Instagram Live event filled with a range of workouts, movement and mindfulness activities.
Tune into BOLO’s Instagram account @boloinc on April 22nd from 2 pm-6 pm, join in one or all of the following sessions and make your presence known by dropping an Earth emoji.
- 1 meditation and 3 workouts that support a variety of movements (meditation, boxing technique, vinyasa yoga flow)
- Running tally throughout the day to showcase how much waste will be picked up on behalf of participants
- Opportunity to win a Free Flow gift card!
