Join us on Instagram Live @myhoame this Thursday March 26th at 8:00pm for an hour-long metta meditation to practice loving-kindness, both for ourselves and for the world. In partnership with @op.pfc, the event will feature special guest speaker Julien Christian Lutz @directorx and live streaming meditations by Hoame.
