Taylor Swift Booed At Super Bowl While Supporting Boyfriend Travis Kelce

February 11, 2025 – Fans booed Taylor Swift when she was spotted supporting the Kansas City Chiefs and boyfriend Travis Kelce at the Super Bowl.

After being caught on the Jumbotron, Taylor Swift ‘shook off’ the hate this Super Bowl when the football fans booed her.

The pop-icon had gone to the Super Bowl in support of her professional footballer boyfriend Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs. She was with her friends Ice Spice and Ashley Avignon and wore a “T” necklace, a white top, and light denim shorts.

In the footage caught by the NFL, Swift startles when she hears the beginning of boos, then turns to meet the camera, and grins with confusion at the negative reaction. Blinking, she side-eyes the crowd and looks back to her friends.

Though Kelce and the Chiefs faced their defeat at the hands of the Philadelphia Eagles, Swift kept cheering and remained unbothered by the jeering.

Serena Williams Supports Taylor Swift At Super Bowl

Former professional tennis player Serena Williams was a surprise guest during Kendrick Lamar’s halftime show. The athlete danced the Crib Walk during the performance, recreating her dance after winning gold during the 2012 Olympics. Afterward, Williams supported Swift on X, writing: “I love you @taylorswift 13 don’t listen to those booo!!”

According to Slate, Williams also had an ulterior motive to join the Super Bowl stage besides joining the celebration: getting back at Drake. Lamar has famously feuded with Drake, and this was certainly visible during his Super Bowl performance. Slate reports Williams likely wanted to get back at Drake for remarks he had made against her husband, literally dancing her cares away.

Both Taylor Swift and Serena Williams certainly know “haters gonna hate”, and they’re pros when it comes to “shaking it off.”
