According to recent news outlets, Jeremy Renner has been involved in a snow plow accident that has left the star in “critical but stable condition.”

Jeremy Renner has been involved in a snow plow accident, as first reported in this article by Deadline. Renner is currently in “critical but stable condition” after the incident in Reno which involved “weather-related” issues.

The Oscar-nominee was allegedly “airlifted earlier Sunday to the hospital” and is currently receiving care.

According to the Reno Gazette-Journal (as outlined in this article), Renner “has a home about 25 miles outside of Reno near Mt. Rose-Ski Tahoe” and apparently a snowstorm hit the area around New Year’s Eve.

As of this moment, neither Renner nor his reps have yet to release any public statements or comments regarding the accident but we’ll be sure to update this post with any breaking news regarding Renner.

According to a recent article regarding the situation on Deadline, the star is out of surgery for blunt chest trauma. However, he is still in critical but stable condition. Renner is currently in Intensive Care.
