In the midst of the controversy surrounding her and Tom Sandoval’s affair, Raquel Leviss checked into a clinic to undergo therapy for her mental health.

The “Vanderpump Rules” star Raquel and her family “decided before the relationship was discovered that she would enter a voluntary facility for mental health counseling,” a source told Entertainment Tonight.

Prior to filming the reunion of the Bravo reality series, Leviss intended to check herself into the facility. The insider said, “She was scheduled to go in pre-reunion but decided she wanted to finish her filming commitment.”

“Bravo and production were aware and in support of her journey towards better mental health,” they added. According to Leviss’ representative, she is not receiving treatment for drug usage.

Raquel and Tom had been dating behind Ariana Madix’s back for nearly a while and the news was first reported by TMZ, but it all came to light last month when Ariana discovered explicit messages between the two.

Following that, Tom and Raquel have been dragged through the mud in public, and during the “Vanderpump Rules” reunion, tensions were so high that some cast members nearly got physical.

Recently, Leviss apologized and said she was seeing a counselor about her issues in an exclusive statement to ET.

She said: “I am reflecting on my choices, speaking to a counselor and I am learning things about myself such as my patterns of codependency and addiction to being and feeling loved.”
