In the image, Dobrev is seen lying in a hospital bed, connected to medical equipment, with a caption that has raised numerous questions. Although she tried to reassure fans with a light-hearted caption, it only added to the concern. She has posted 2 pictures, in the first one she is seen with a bike, and in the second picture she is seen on a hospital bed with a knee and neck brace. She used the caption for the post- “how it started vs how it’s going” with a sad emoji.
