According to rumors that seemingly began on platforms such as TikTok and X- formerly known as Twitter- people are alleging that Ealres, who previously starred in Hannah Montana and has since turned to politics, will be Harris’ new running mate.

Harris has not yet announced her running mate, but some sources have alleged that it could be Josh Shapiro as the potential pick. Since it was revealed that Harris could be announcing her running mate soon, rumors started to swirl online alleging Jason Earles would be a potential candidate.
However, these allegations were not backed up by any evidence making them false claims. It is unclear who started these rumors or how they came to be.
It also led to memes and jokes being made online because of the rumors.
