Born with underdeveloped kidneys, Phillips spent her first three months of life in the NICU on dialysis and has battled renal disease for years. In 2017, she received a kidney transplant from a close friend that gave her eight more years with her now 11-year-old daughter, Fianna, whom she shares with ex-husband Danny Masterson.
