As the TikToker claims, Wittek’s Twitter thread begins with a video of Dobrik and Noel controlling the narrative of Wittek’s documentary and his voice- allegedly with no sympathy.

The incident happened back in 2020 after Wittek sustained injuries from a crane incident. Now, Wittek is suing Dobrik for $10 million in damages regarding “general negligence and intentional tort,” in which the accident caused him to incur expensive hospital bills and forced him to miss out on work, as noted here.
Here’s what happened- Wittek reportedly sustained face and skull injuries when he was part of an accident that involved swinging on a rope attached to an excavator. The excavator was operated by Dobrik and the accident occurred at a Utah lake. This was reported as a near-death experience for Wittek, mentioned here.
Are Jeff and David still friends?
Allegedly, Wittek and Dobrik ran into each other at a party in Las Vegas. Still, with an active lawsuit, he wanted to talk to Dobrik. Dobrik came back to tell him that he knew he was talking about him because he wanted him to respond.
