Tristan Thompson and Khloé Kardashian have been broken up for two years, but that isn’t stopping Thompson from posting for her birthday.

June 29, 2024- Basketball star Tristan Thompson calls ex-girlfriend, Khloe Kardashian, his “best friend” on Instagram.

In a series of photos posted to his Instagram story, the Cleveland Cavalier wished Kardashian a happy birthday.

“You are the best mom, you are my best friend, and the most incredible human being I’ve ever met,” Thompson said.

The last photo in the series of posts features Khloé sitting next to Thompson’s younger brother Amari, who was born with a severe form of epilepsy.

Kardashian reposted the photo with Amari, saying “Thank you TT! I appreciate this! I love my Amari.”

Kardashian celebrated her 40^th birthday on June 27 with her close friends and family.

The socialite took to Instagram to post a video featuring pictures from her past and present.

“Deeply grateful for every moment. I love you! I am so excited and thankful for this decade and all it has in store” she wrote.

Kardashian and Thompson were first seen together in the summer of 2016 leaving a nightclub in Los Angeles, California.

Throughout their six-year relationship, Thompson had been wrapped up in various cheating scandals.

Despite the alleged infidelity, Kardashian delivered their daughter, True Thompson, in April 2018 and son, Tatum Thompson, in July 2022 via surrogate.

The pair split but still remain close while raising their children together.
