Accoridng to this TikTok video posted by user @laurenisgossip, Carpenter’s sixth studio album- Short n’ Sweet- has recently been announced.

As the TikToker explains, the album is coming out on August 23rd and her website has been updated with new merch. The album also seems to be approximately 35 minutes in length at the moment. There are also tour hints on the website. Apparently, the tour page has been updated and is awaiting dates. Right now, the new album is available for pre-order.
