The victims—Kristen Brock, 41, and James Brock, 45—were found in bed by Sarah’s younger sister, aged 6. Sarah reportedly made the emergency call herself, informing police of the shooting.

Sarah voluntarily turned herself in to Carroll County Jail on July 8, accompanied by her father.
She has been charged as an adult with two counts of murder and two counts of aggravated assault.
