The MTV Movie and TV Awards took place on May 16^th and 17^th 2021. In case you missed the award show’s live broadcast, here we give you the list of all the winners!

What was perhaps the most surprising is To All the Boys: Always and Forever (2021)’s victory in the Best Movie category over Oscar winning films such as A Promising Young Woman (2021) and Judas and the Black Messiah (2021). The final instalment in Lara Jean and Peter’s story clearly won viewers’ hearts.

Meanwhile, WandaVision swept the television awards with wins in several categories. WandaVision is the very first television series in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and the show garnered a lot of attention for its style, storytelling, and the homage it paid to other shows. Viewers loved it for its blending of genres and the way its plot unfolded. Although it is arguable most famous for the memes born out of Kathryn Hahn’s wink scene.
