In the video, Yung Gravy can be seen tripping over a wooden plank and face-planting onto the ground in front of a crowd of people. This incident allegedly occurred during his Hangout Music Festival appearance and performance.
In the video posted by TMZ, Yung Gravy falls while holding a flower and once he recovers and stands up again, he seemingly hands the flower to a fan in the crowd.
