Latin Singer-Shakira Shades Her Ex With Viral ‘Kill My Ex’ Trend
SZA’s ‘Kill Bill’ has been an absolute hit on the charts. TikTok users have taken the song and created different trends with it including the ‘Kill My Ex’ transition.

In TikTok we see Shakira mopping her floor in her kitchen in heels, singing along to the song. Fans believed this was shade directed toward her ex, Gerard Pique.
The comments were filled with positivity and laughs, commending her for posting the video.
Recently, Shakira has broken her silence and shared with Bazaar some details about the breakup.
“Oh, this is really hard to talk about personally, especially as this is the first time I’ve ever addressed this situation in an interview,” she said. “I’ve remained quiet and just tried to process it all. Um, and yeah, it’s hard to talk about it, especially because I’m still going through it, and because I’m in the public eye and because our separation is not like a regular separation. And so it’s been tough not only for me but also for my kids. Incredibly difficult.” She says, “I think that those details are somehow too private to share, at least at this very moment—everything is so raw and new. I can only say that I put everything I had into this relationship and my family.”
Shakira And Pique Split
Shakira and Gerard Pique began a relationship in 2010. The two had met while they were both working on a music video. Their relationship has been highly publicized, and they have been together ever since. Shakira has admitted that she and Pique have “clicked” and that they have a great relationship. Unfortunately, in 2021, the couple announced that they were splitting up. Later on, we discovered the reason for this breakup was due to Pique’s alleged infidelity.
