Is Kim Zolciak House In Foreclosure

Kim Zolciak’s expensive lifestyle has caught up with her as the rumors surrounding her house being foreclosed have come true. Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim, initially denied the rumors in November, 2022. However, it has now been revealed that Kim Zolciak’s house is in foreclosure and will be auctioned off on March 7th at the Fulton County Courthouse.

Kim and her husband Kroy Biermann allegedly took out a $1.65 million loan on their Georgia mansion in October, 2012 but it wasn’t enough. Kim’s expensive lifestyle has previously been seen on the Real Housewives of Atlanta where it was also revealed that she was a high-rolling gambler.

Zolciak herself has previously revealed that when her family went on a road trip and stopped in Vegas, she gambled away the equivalent of an RV in value. During the footage of Zolciak and her family in Las Vegas, the reality star played the slot machines for eleven hours straight. She allegedly gambled away $30,000 at the Palms Casino on that Vegas trip. In a 2014 episode of the Real Housewives of Atlanta, Zolciak revealed that she had lost $250,000 when playing at a casino in the Bahamas.

When the foreclosure rumors initially surfaced in November, Zolciak was in denial and responded with, “I’m here until I f**cking want to move, until I don’t want to live here anymore, So enjoy the view haters. You’re going to be seeing it for quite some time.” It is unclear where Zolciak and husband Kroy Biermann are planning to move following the auction of their house.
