Ariana Madix moved out of the house she and Tom Sandoval used to live in.

According to photos obtained by PageSix on Monday, Ariana Madix moved out of the house she shared with ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval. This happens months after Tom’s affair with their co-star Raquel Leviss became public.

As seen in the photos, several people helped Ariana move out of the place. They were all seen smiling while carrying boxes to a U-Haul truck.

“Ariana is relieved to get out of that house. She is ready to begin a new chapter.” an insider told PageSix. The former couple bought the house in 2019 for approx—$ 2 million.

Several months ago, Madix and Sandoval ended their nine-year relationship after Tom Sandoval was accused of cheating on her with their co-star and friend, Raquel Leviss.

Recently, Ariana made public appearances with her new boyfriend, Daniel Wai. According to an insider who opened up to People, Ariana is happy and falling in love with Daniel. “Ariana’s been telling people in her circle that she’s falling in love with him,” the person said. “They met in Mexico at a mutual friend’s wedding, shortly after Scandoval broke. At first, it looked like just a light rebound fling but they have a special bond. Even though he lives in New York City, they’ve been able to make it work.” the insider added.

“It’s happening faster than she thought but he treats her well, they’re having fun, and she’s happy to be moving on to this next chapter with such an incredible guy,” the source continued.
