June 18, 2025 –  In a dramatic turn of events for “Vanderpump Rules” stars, Tom Sandoval found himself in a legal dispute with his ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix over explicit videos of their co-star Rachel Leviss.

Tom Sandoval Suing Ariana?

Tom Sandoval, a star of “Vanderpump Rules,” initially filed a lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix, alleging she accessed explicit videos of Rachel Leviss on his phone without his permission. The controversy dates back to March 1, 2023, when Madix discovered explicit footage of Leviss on Sandoval’s phone, leading to the dramatic end of their nearly nine-year relationship.

The scandal, dubbed “Scandoval,” also saw the termination of Sandoval’s subsequent relationship with Leviss. According to the court documents, Sandoval claimed that Madix made copies of the videos and shared them without his consent, prompting him to seek legal action against her.

Tom Sandoval’s Statement

On social media, Sandoval clarified that the lawsuit was a misunderstanding and blamed his former attorney, Matt Geragos, for the mishap. He explained that Geragos had advised him to file a cross-complaint, assuring him it was a standard, preventative measure. Sandoval insisted that he was unaware that this meant suing Ariana Madix, as the terms “new lawsuit” or “suing” were not clearly communicated to him.

Realizing the mistake, Sandoval dismissed Geragos from his legal team and retracted the lawsuit. He emphasized that he held no ill will toward Madix and wanted to resolve the situation quickly so they could both move forward with their lives. This retraction comes amid ongoing legal battles involving Leviss, who has sued both Sandoval and Madix for revenge porn, eavesdropping, and invasion of privacy.
