Alix Earle Racial Slur

HOLR breaks it down.

Alix Earle Instagram

August 26, 2024– Alix Earle is taking to Instagram to share an apology after past screenshots showed the social media star reportedly using racial slurs.

Is Alix Earle Racist

In her apology, Earle claims that she was 13 years old at the time of the posts in which she didn’t “understand the deeply offensive meaning behind that word.” She goes on to say that she is “deeply sorry” for her words, which are from an old ask.fm account. She also regrets how she handled the situation in terms of allowing people to “talk” her out of saying something for too long.

Alix Earle Trademark

Earle also claimed that the rumor stating that she was trying to trademark her old posts was untrue. Earle also debunked another rumor that claimed a brand stopped working with Earle even though she stated that they had never been in contact with that brand in a partnership capacity.

This TikTok video posted by user @laurenisgossip, alleges that the social media star was trademarking her old racist remarks and suing people.

Alix Earle has no remorse or growth of what she said when she was 14 as her lawyers allegedly trademarked her ASKfm racist comments and she stays silent as they send influencers lawsuits

Do We Know Them Podcast Alix Earle

As the TikToker claims, Lily and Jessi from the “Do We Know Them?” podcast have a fan-built subreddit. A fan reposted the old ask.fm racist comments regarding Earle and Earle’s lawyers- seemingly on Earle’s behalf- sent Jessi and Lily 12 different line items including trademark infringement on old racist remarks.

Earle then took to the comment section to claim that this was not true.

In a follow-up video here, @laurenisgossip finds it odd that Earle filed a new trademark when all of these accusations came about approximately a month ago.

@laurenisgossip

Replying to @Alix Earle we all make stupid mistakes especially in the 2010’s with social media being so new and i think cancel culture needs to turn into accountability culture. With that said you did file for trademarks at the end of July that includes picture content and i just find that odd!
