Ariana Grande Looks Back on the Highs and Lows of 2023
2023 has left 30-year-old singer, Ariana Grande feeling ‘misunderstood’ according to recent reports.

After her split with husband Dalton Gomez in July, Grande is looking back on 2023 and has described it as “the most transformative, most challenging, and yet happiest and most special years.”
But how does Ariana reach this level of acceptance?

And so, during an Instagram story on Friday, Grande talked openly about her personal growth, creative fulfilment and personal and public challenges.
And while the post a lengthy one, Grande expressed that she had not only learned but accepted the life lessons and appreciate the more precious experiences.
This year alone, the ups and downs are so drastic from each other, anyone would be feeling drained.

Secondly, split from ex-husband Dalton Gomez and subsequently began dating co-star Ethan Slater,
Which despite evidence to the contrary, left Grande and Slater in a bad light.
Thirdly, featured on a remix of The Weekend’s “Die for You,” which, come on is fun for anyone.
Fourth, has been preparing for the release of her seventh studio album due out in 2024.
And last but not least, focused on the growth of her beauty business -R.E.M.
So, it goes without saying that it’s been a chaotic and fulfilling year for her and so is understandable that the 30-year-old would feel the ways she does.

“I have never felt more pride or joy or love while simultaneously feeling so deeply misunderstood by people who don’t know me, who piece whispers together and make what they want out of me and their assumptions of my life,” she shared.
Most likely stemming from rumours of infidelity with co-star Ethan Slater.
However, Grande revealed that keeping to her rule of acceptance, she chooses to only focus on things that deserve her attention.
As it should be but more than that take away Ariana’s final words of wisdom for 2023.
“I am reacting to things that deserve my energy only and removing and protecting myself from things that do not.”
“I feel more human than ever. I feel more deeply than ever. I feel softer and stronger, all at once,” she said.
“If you ever feel misunderstood or alone, just remember that it will pass and you are not. Take a deep breath and know that you are so incredibly loved. I cannot wait for next year. :)”
