Cold Water Face Dip

The perfect quick fix for those sleepless, puffy eye bags is a bucket of ice water. Trust me–actually, better yet, trust Karlie Kloss. The supermodel once shared that dipping her face into a bucket of ice water every morning is the key for tight and bright skin. So if you have had a long night and you need to get rid of those pesky puffy under eyes, fill a bowl of ice water and dip your face for twenty seconds and repeat the process at least three times.

Carry Microfibre Face Cloth With You

This particular hack is absolutely beneficial on hot summer days. Microfibre cloths are not only used for make-up removal, but they can also be used to remove grime, dirt, and sweat off of your face. If you work in a place where there is no air-conditioning or a place where you have to be exposed to the elements, then you know that after a long shift under the heat, our skin can feel dirty, and honestly, that’s an unacceptable vibe. So instead of dreading a shower after work, wipe your face and body with a microfibre cloth and this will instantly refresh your skin. Keep the cloth in a zip-lock bag and make sure to wash and dry it at home– we want to be fresh, not carry bacteria. This one by Face Halo is great and it’s very soft on the skin and this one by Paula’s Choice is a more affordable alternative.

Use Face Powder as Dry Shampoo

This hack is great as a last-minute option when you ran out of dry shampoo or an emergency fix when you need to keep your hair in check before a big meeting with a client. How it works is by dipping a big fluffy brush onto your face powder and fluff that right onto your roots. It’s important to note that you must use translucent powder so it can blend right in your roots. If you need help in picking the right powder, check out this list

We all know how important SPF is to our daily routine, and experts say that you should re-apply sunscreen every two hours. But I’m sure you’ve wondered just how are you supposed to re-apply sunscreen with full-face make-up?? Fortunately, the skincare gods answered your worries with a spray-on SPF, just quickly spritz it on your face, neck, and hands.
