During his appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Channing Tatum praised Taylor Swift for being a “powerhouse.” 

July 12, 2024- Actor Channing Tatum has been added to the “Swiftie” roster after praising Taylor Swift on “The Tonight Show” with Jimmy Fallon.

The “Magic Mike” star appeared on “The Tonight Show” with Jimmy Fallon on Thursday, July 11^th, to promote his newest film, “Fly Me to the Moon.”

Tatum, 44, discussed his time at Swift’s Eras Tour show in L.A. in the summer of 2023.

“I’ve always been a fan of her music, but I didn’t realize she was such a powerhouse,” Tatum said. “I know her a bit personally, and she’s really just normal and sweet.”

Tatum added, “She’ll even make you dinner, like homemade Pop-Tarts. Warm, delicious Pop-Tarts. I couldn’t believe it.”

Fallon showed the audience a photo of Tatum and CBS journalist, Gayle King, at the show.

“And then you see her perform a three-hour show on stage,” Tatum said. “I challenge any triathlete to do what she does. I was a mega fan afterwards.”

Is Channing Tatum Married?

Fallon also congratulated Tatum on his engagement to actress, Zoë Kravitz.

“I’m so happy. I can’t put it into words. She’s so special. Waking up and creating with her every day is amazing,” Tatum said.

Back in October of 2023, PEOPLE confirmed that Tatum and Kravitz were engaged.

The pair were first spotted together in 2021.

Fly Me to the Moon

“Fly Me to the Moon” is an upcoming romcom starring Channing Tatum and Scarlet Johansson.

The film follows a love affair between a NASA official and marketing executive who are in preparations for the Apollo 11 moon landing.
