The Feds Arrested Rapper Diddy At The Hotel Where He Was Staying In NYC

September 17th, 2024 – Diddy has been arrested in NYC.

Diddy was arrested and taken into federal custody in New York Monday night. After a few criminal allegations, a warrant was out for the rapper’s arrest. Late Monday, Homeland Security went to the midtown hotel where Diddy was staying, and they arrested him. As the investigation continued, he was taken to the federal building in lower Manhattan.

Sean “Diddy” Combs is now a criminal defendant in sex trafficking, racketeering, and kidnapping cases after a grand jury indicted him. Diddy has been charged with three counts: racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution. According to the indictment, from 2008 to the present, members of the Combs enterprise allegedly involved themselves in sex trafficking, forced labor, interstate transportation for purposes of prostitution, coercion, and enticement to engage in prostitution, narcotics offenses, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice.

Currently, the judge is ordering Diddy to be held without bail; the feds sent him from the Lower Manhattan federal courthouse to the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York. However, The Metropolitan Detention Center is notorious for brutal and sometimes fatal conditions. No further details have been released about the rapper’s current condition. As for the rapper’s kids, his sons are in New York watching their father go through the indictment and court proceedings. However, as the case continues, his teenage twin daughters are back in California with their late mother’s family friend.
