July 11, 2024– According to this TikTok video posted by user @lynreality, Reality Steve (Spoiler King!) has recently confirmed that Kelsey Anderson – yes, the winner of Joey’s season of The Bachelor– will see a familiar face on the screen during this new season of The Golden Bachelorette.

That’s right- Kelsey’s dad- AKA Mark- will be one of the contestants on Joan Vassos’ season of The Golden Bachelorette, which is set to debut its first season following the success of The Golden Bachelor. Mark was a fan-favorite during Joey’s season when he went to visit Kelsey’s family during hometown dates. Kelsey’s mother (Mark’s wife) sadly died from breast cancer back in 2018.

As noted in this related article, it is alleged that Mark may have gotten a one-on-one date on the show but this has yet to be officially confirmed so it is still a rumor at the moment.

Since Mark is part of this batch of contestants on the show, there is also a rumor floating around that he could be the next Golden Bachelor. This is apparently what people on TikTok want, anyway, as you can see from the comments on the above video!
