Popular Bollywood couple Himanshi Khurana and Asim Riaz have announced their breakup, attributing their decision to what they describe as “sacrificing their love for different religious beliefs.” The news has sent shockwaves through the entertainment industry, leaving fans and well-wishers surprised and saddened by the unexpected end to their relationship. They both met in Big Boss 13 and fell in love there.
Taking to her Instagram Stories on December 6, the Punjabi singer shared a heartfelt statement disclosing the reason behind their breakup – ‘different religious beliefs.’ The couple, whose romance blossomed during their time in the Bigg Boss 13 house, where Himanshi entered as a wild card contestant, had been dating for a substantial period before deciding to part ways. The revelation has caught many fans off guard, shedding light on the challenges couples may encounter, even after years of being together. She wrote- “When we tried… But we could not find a solution for our life… You still love each other but luck is not supporting for happily ever after. No hate only love. That’s called mature decision.”
She also announced this news on Twitter and wrote- “YES, We are not together anymore, All the time we have spent together has been great but our togetherness comes to an end Now. The journey of our relationship was great and we are moving forward in our lives. With due respect to our respective religions, we are sacrificing our love for our different religious beliefs.
