Kourtney Kardashian has revealed that she has been co-sleeping with her babies since ’09, and continues to educate herself on the practice. 

July 3, 2024- Kourtney Kardashian, 45, revealed that she has been co-sleeping with her newborn son in an Instagram story, despite the controversy surrounding it.

Kardashian took to her Instagram story to post a screenshot of an audio book by Dr. James J. McKenna, titled “Safe Infant Sleep; Expert Answers to Your Co-sleeping Questions”.

McKenna is currently recognized as one of the world’s leading voices on mother-infant co-sleeping and the benefits related to sleeping with your baby.

Kardashian said in the story, “Been co-sleeping safely since 2009, I still love reading/listening to more safe co-sleeping tips and hearing about benefits.”

Kardashian and husband Travis Barker welcomed their son, Rocky, in November 2023.

Rocky is the pair’s first child together.

On Father’s Day, Kardashian took to Instagram to commemorate Barker for being an outstanding father.

“Happy Father’s Day @travisbarker. Beyond grateful for the Dad that you are to our baby boy, and all of our kids. You keep us safe and protected and take care of us,” she wrote.

“Having a family with you is heaven. Happy to celebrate you,” she continued.

Kardashian and Barker are raising seven children together, including Kardashian’s three children from her previous relationship with Scott Disick.

The other three children are from Barker’s previous marriage to Shanna Moakler.

Barker, 48, and Kardashian have had three separate weddings since they first started dating in 2021.

Their first ceremony took place in Las Vegas in April 2022, without an official marriage license.

Shortly after, the pair got legally married in Santa Barbara in a courthouse.

The final nuptials were held in Portifino, Italy in May of 2022, with an extravagant wedding ceremony and a custom dress by Dolce and Gabbana.
