Hollywood power couple Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively have donated $1 million to Feeding America as relief efforts for those impacted by Hurricane Milton.
October 11, 2024- Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively have stepped up with a $1 million donation to Feeding America following the devastation of Hurricane Milton in Florida.

On October 10th, the couple shared a statement to E! News saying, “Seeing the incredible people on the ground working tirelessly to provide basic needs for families who have lost so much is inspiring.”
“Our hearts go out to everyone affected by this double tragedy. If you can, please join us in supporting Feeding America’s efforts,” the couple continued.
Just two weeks ago, Hurricane Helene swept through Florida and left the region in shambles.

Shortly after, Hurricane Milton swept through and destroyed homes and businesses and left a significant number of Floridians without power.
Feeding America CEO Claire Babineaux-Fontenot expressed gratitude for their contribution, noting that the couple’s ongoing support has been essential in providing relief.
“Their donation will help our network supply communities with critical resources like water, ready-to-eat meals, and other essentials,” Fontenot wrote on X.

Earlier this week, Taylor Swift contributed $5 million to Feeding America ahead of Hurricane Milton’s landfall.

Reynolds and Lively share four children together: James, Inez, Betty, and Olin.
According to PEOPLE, the Reynolds children have Taylor Swift as a godmother after she revealed her title on Instagram when she referred to Reynolds as her “godkids’ sperm donor.”
