A fresh lineup of new and returning menu items is blooming in stores across Canada, with this year’s collection capturing the bright colours and delicate flavours of the season. Some budding highlights to look forward to include vibrant ube, toasted coconut, cherry chai, and the much-anticipated return of lavender-infused favourites!

Starbucks Ube Coconut

We’re most excited about Ube Coconut, which is Starbucks’ newest in-store flavour that brings a naturally purple pop to the menu. For example, the new Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato layers toasted coconut and creamy milk with espresso shots over ice, finished with an ube coconut cream cold foam. It’s basically spring in a cup!

Surprise– there’s also a Canadian-exclusive Ube Coconut Latte, which blends rich espresso with steamed milk infused with toasted coconut syrup and ube for a velvety smooth sip. Consider this your daily dose of petal-perfect caffeine.

Starbucks Toasted Coconut Cream Cold Brew

Calling all cold brew fans–the Toasted Coconut Cream Cold Brew pairs smooth cold brew with toasted coconut cream cold foam, while the Toasted Coconut Latte is available hot or iced for a comforting, tropical twist.

Starbucks Iced Cherry Chai

If you’re a fan of the Iced Cherry Chai, you’ll love how this crowd-fave is making an epic return. Featuring a new premium chai recipe, this limited-time drink is sure to blossom into a seasonal staple, topped with decadently creamy cherry cold foam.

Starbucks Iced Lavender Chai

Lavender lovers, rejoice! The brand’s new Iced Lavender Cream Chai combines premium chai and milk over ice with lavender cream cold foam. Plus, the Lavender Latte, made with Blonde Espresso Roast and steamed milk, is also available hot or iced. But wait, there’s more.
