More Details On The Taylor Swift and Joe Alwyn Breakup-Sources Say Marriage Was On The Table
As more news on the most recent celebrity breakup comes to the surface, sources are coming out with more personal details on the breakup.
According to a source who confided in People, “They’ve had rough patches before and always worked things out, so friends thought they would take some time apart but eventually come back together.”

The source added that the ‘Lavender Haze’ Singer and her longtime boyfriend “weren’t the right fit for one another.”
Alwyn Struggled With Swifts Level Of Fame
The source opened up about some of the issues of the couple throughout the relationship. One that sticks out in particular, is Alwyn’s complicated feelings about Swift’s level of fame.
“Joe has struggled with Taylor’s level of fame and the attention from the public,” they share, “The differences in their personalities have also become harder to ignore after years together. They’ve grown apart.”

As reported by People, multiple sources confirmed that marriage was on the table for the celebs months prior.
Taylor and Joe have been together since 2017, but they have kept their relationship private. The only time Swift has ever referenced Joe in public was through her music. Fans believe her songs, ‘London Boy’ and ‘Call It What You Want’ were based around him.
No ‘Bad Blood’ Around Here
As for Taylor’s feelings towards the breakup, sources say the star has no hard feelings towards her now ex-boyfriend.
“They are friendly. She doesn’t have anything bad to say about Joe,” adds the insider. “They just grew apart. Taylor is staying very focused on her tour right now,” also adding that Taylor didn’t see them working out in the long run.

Since the news was released, Swift and Alwyn’s reps have not given any statements relating to the breakup.
