Ingredients
- 2 oz Glenfiddich 14 Year Old
- 1 oz Plum Simple Syrup*
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 3 Dashes Lavender Bitters
Method
In a shaker, combine all the ingredients and give this a vigorous shake. Double strain into chilled coupe glass. *To make the Plum Simple Syrup, cut 30 g of dried plums in half, place into a small bowl with 1 cup granulated sugar and 1 cup boiled water. Give this a stir until sugar is dissolved. Let this sit until it reaches room temperature before straining. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
