The clip shows a woman and two young children being escorted through the park as she is in handcuffs and her children cry beside her. The video has gone viral on social media and is making its rounds online.
As this related article by TMZ further explains, the unidentified woman was seemingly yelling obscenities.

Initial claims believed that the mom in the clip was supposedly kicked out for drinking too much. However, as TMZ explains, Anaheim Police reportedly detailed that the woman actually reportedly attempted to claim her children were under 2 years old to gain free entry, even though they were obviously older. This subsequently caused a scene in which the woman was arrested for trespassing.
