HOLR relays the tragic news of the death of the 20-year-old star of MTV‘s 16 and Pregnant Sean Garinger. Garinger passed away on February 28 from an ATV accident.
Garinger, who shares two children with former partner Selena Gutierrez, died in Boone, North Carolina from an ATV accident. His mother, Mary Hobbs, confirmed details to the U.S. edition of The Sun.

Garinger’s mother explained how, while attempting to move an ATV “so I could back in and park” the muddy ground “gave way” leading to Garinger’s skull being crushed.
An obituary for Garinger describes the late star as having “a passion for life” and that his “kind and generous nature endeared him to all who knew him.” Garinger leaves behind his “beloved daughters,” mother, and six sisters.
Speaking with The Daily Mail following the news, Selena said Sean was her “first love” and that he’d just seen his daughters one week before his death.
“I wish we had got to have one more good conversation about everything,” She lamented.
Funeral services will take place on March 2nd in Boone.
