Supermodel, Bella Hadid, gets vulnerable on TikTok as she opens up about her struggles with anxiety.

In the TikTok, we see Bella in bed with a makeup-less face, talking about starting her mornings with her anxiety.

“Good morning you guys. I don’t know if I’ve said this before, but I have the worst morning anxiety,” She says, stating that she wants to be accountable by documenting how her mornings go with her morning anxiety.

“What I wanted to show you was how stupid I feel sometimes, when I’m laying here, and I don’t believe it,” She says, reciting her morning mantras.

“We’re gonna have an amazing day today, Bella, You’re not going to let your anxiety overrule you today, Bella.” She also adds, “Not everyone hates you.”

“I am the luckiest girl in the world” She chants, trying to stay grounded and focus on this affirmation.

“Usually, when I’m working so much, my accomplishments make me feel better which is so unhealthy,” Hadid said. “So, I’m trying to just make myself feel better naturally.”

This is not a first-time occurrence where Bella has shared how she navigates through life with her anxiety. She has opened up in several interviews and Instagram posts where discusses how she feels during them, what has been done and what she continues to do in order to feel better.

At the end of the video, Bella signs off,

“Kisses. I kind of feel better. Gonna go journal and make some mud water now.”
