As shown in this TikTok video posted by user @dashvirall, the duo were seen in traditional outfits but Kim’s look in particular allegedly sparked controversy online following it going viral.

As you can see, people took to the comment section of the above video to voice their opinions on Kim’s look, questioning whether or not the color choice was appropriate for the occasion.
Online, it claims that red is a sacred color in Indian weddings, which it is typically reserved for the bride and others should avoid wearing it. However, others in the comment section claimed that guests can never outshine the bride so Kim’s look wouldn’t be an issue. There are also claims that Kim seemingly must’ve gotten approval on her look beforehand as this is a high-profile event.
