According to this TikTok video posted by user @noahglenncarter, Grande is receiving backlash online after she claimed that her dream dinner guest date would be Jeffrey Dahmer- yes, the American serial killer and sex offender also known as the Milwaukee Cannibal.

Grande recalls being interviewed by some young fans previously when she was on Sam and Cat, in which she first asked their parents if she could give her real answer to the question involving if she could have dinner with anyone, who would it be? Then, she responded with Jeffrey Dahmer, in which her reasoning behind this answer was supposedly because she found him “fascinating.”

“I was infatuated with serial killers when I was younger,” Grande reportedly said, when it came to her reasoning (noted here).

Here is how Grande claimed the conversation went down during this moment in time, as discussed in the June 17 Podcrushed episode where she revealed the news:

When addressing the group who asked about her dream dinner date, she remembered saying, “I was like, ‘Oh, you’re so cute. Mom and Dad, is it OK if I give the real answer?’ And they were like ‘Sure, what’s the answer?’ and I was like, ‘I mean, Jeffrey Dahmer is pretty fascinating. I think I would have loved to have met him. Y’know, maybe with a third party or someone involved. But I have questions.’” (here)

This answer supposedly upset the parents of the group who asked, and they would “explain” Grade’s answer to them later.
