My fiancé and I slipped into the timeless elegance of The St. Regis, and from the moment we arrived, it felt as though we had stepped into our own love story. The St. Regis Toronto offers the perfect backdrop for celebrating the day of love, and our experience was an absolute dream from check in to check out. We truly appreciated all the little details, from a stunning rose bouquet waiting for us, to roses strewn across the floor in a heart shape design. We also loved the selection of in-room spa-inspired amenities that instantly set the tone for a weekend of indulgence. Every aspect felt thoughtfully curated to help us create unforgettable memories.
After witnessing the thoughtful care poured into every detail of each stay, there’s truly nowhere else you’d want to be this Valentine’s Day. We spent the evening savoring artfully-arranged desserts before unwinding in a rose-petal bath beautifully prepared by the staff—soaking in the soft glow of candlelight and the delicate scent of fresh roses. The suite experience embodies luxury and romance, making it the perfect setting to celebrate love.
Dining – Valentine’s Day Cocktails and Dinner at LOUIX LOUIS
When night falls, be sure to make your way to the 31st floor of LOUIX LOUIS, where you can discover a collection of Valentine’s Day cocktails specially crafted for shared moments of celebration. The atmosphere is intimate and romantic, making it the ideal spot to toast to love, laughter, and forever. We treated ourselves to the Clover Club, which delighted us with its presentation and perfectly balanced notes of spirit and raspberry.
For those looking to extend the evening, LOUIX LOUIS is also offering a luxurious five‑course dinner from February 13–15, featuring standout dishes like Steak & Lobster, accompanied by expertly paired wines and Champagne to make the celebration truly unforgettable. As the cherry on top, guests can enjoy The 13-Layer Love Cake, which is a Valentine’s Day special edition of the classic King’s Cake.
This decadent dessert features a 13‑layer red velvet cake layered with smooth vanilla buttercream.
The Spa
For those beginning their Valentine’s Day celebrations early on February 12, and seeking a more serene experience, The Spa at The St. Regis Toronto is offering a Couples Floating Sound Bath Experience. Returning to our experience, one of the most memorable highlights of our stay was the exceptional care from our lovely butler, Grace, who truly elevated every detail. Butler service has long remained a signature offering of The St. Regis, and Grace embodied this timeless tradition perfectly–anticipating our needs by thoughtfully curating our stay.
She helped arrange a personalized beverage service as a gentle morning wake-up call on our departure day, and shared insights into the hotel’s rich history and latest offerings, which helped us feel connected to the St. Regis legacy. Her genuine hospitality made our stay feel completely seamless and is another reason why The St. Regis Toronto sets the standard for luxury accommodations.
Dining – Royal Brunch at LOUIX LOUIS
Although our weekend getaway was short and sweet, the perfect ending came with the Royal Brunch at LOUIX LOUIS the next morning. We savored a luxurious brunch experience, starting with Mimosas and shared bites of seasonal fruits, French toast (our favourite!), burrata salad, and smoked salmon with caviar. For our entrées, we chose the Lobster & Asparagus Crêpes and Steak & Eggs, finishing with an assortment of desserts like Lemon Meringue Profiteroles, Chocolate Tart, and an assortment of petit fours.
Looking ahead to Valentine’s Day, The St. Regis Toronto is now offering its take on a Valentine’s Royal Brunch, a decadent three-course experience priced at $110 per guest. Guests can begin with French-style pastries and fresh seasonal fruits, as well as shared table selections of caviar, smoked salmon, and roasted beets with stracciatella. Then, they are invited to choose a main (Lobster Benedict, Black Truffle & Brie Omelette, or Duck & Waffles), concluding with a Love Tart for Two and delicate petit fours–all perfectly paired with Champagne.
You truly can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The St. Regis offers an exceptional culinary experience, where every dish is crafted with precision, creativity, and the finest ingredients.
