Chad Daybell was found guilty in the deaths of his first wife and two children of his second wife.

Chad Daybell Verdict

May 31, 2024- Chad Daybell was found guilty this past week of first-degree murder and conspiracy charges involving the deaths of his previous wife, Tammy Daybell, and the two children of his wife now, Lori Vallow Daybell (noted here). Daybell was charged and found guilty of first-degree murder in the death of Tammy, who passed in 2019.

As shown in this TikTok video posted by user @robandhaley, Daybell has been found guilty.

Daybell pleaded not guilty to all charges. The TikToker states that the trial took almost 2 months but the jury took less than 24 hours to deliberate. More than 75 witnesses were heard from. The prosecution claimed that Daybell conspired with Lori Vallow- his current wife- to murder his first wife and her two kids to allegedly “get them out of the way.” Lori Vallow was convicted last year of murder charges and sentenced to life in prison. The TikToker states that the defense argued Daybell was innocent and claimed the children’s late uncle killed them.

It is alleged that Daybell did not show emotion during the trial.

Chad Daybell Children

Daybell was found guilty of conspiracy charges involving the deaths of the children of his now-wife, who were last seen alive in 2019, as noted here. Their bodies were reportedly found in 2020 buried on Daybell’s property.

As shown in this TikTok video posted by use @hiddentruecrime, Daybell seems to mouth something during the closing arguments.

It is unclear what exactly Daybell is mouthing in the clip but some people have shared their thoughts in the comments:

Chad Daybell Sentencing
