We’re all chasing & looking for the one very same thing in life, that feeling of happiness. 


We can agree that happiness looks different to everyone, but leaves us all with the exact same feeling.  We work and sometimes chase material items and money, so that we’re able to buy the opportunity to experience our desires.

However, we sometimes get caught up in this never ending chase, and become lost in ourselves. Leaving us feeling defeated, then giving up, and ultimately returning to our comfort zone where we stop growing. To be truly happy with anything, you must first be happy with yourself. The only way to do that is to feel good. To feel good about yourself, you need to eat well and exercise! It’s as simple as that. It doesn’t have to take over your life but you must make it a part of your life.

That is the doorway you have to walk through to experience the fullness of life and feel the way you’re meant to — which is to feel your best!

When you exercise, your body releases chemicals called endorphins, adrenaline, serotonin and dopamine. Cardiovascular exercise (aka cardio, anything that increases your heart rate) and aerobics are great for creating the intensity required for a mood-raising chemical high.

These endorphins interact with the receptors in your brain that reduce your perception of pain. Endorphins also trigger a positive feeling in the body, similar to that of morphine.



Your body and brain function 24 hours a day, for your whole life! Just think about that. We do all kinds of things to look after our exterior, but what about our interior? Think about your brain which controls every organ that works to keep you alive.  It’s crazy to stop and actually think about the fact our brains function 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for our entire lives, doing multiple things at one time. It doesn’t even get to sleep because it’s working to keep you alive while it allows your body to sleep and get the rest it needs, to have the energy to live on.

That’s a pretty amazing piece of equipment that has powers beyond what we can imagine if you can learn to tap into it.

We were never taught in school to take care of our mind or how. What different type of life could we create if we did? It’s only over the last few years people started realizing the power they truly have when they do.

 Meditation, healthy eating, and exercise are finally proving themselves to give people a whole new life.  The life you choose to live, not live the life you feel you’ve been given. Today and everyday you have the power to turn your life around when you keep this in mind throughout your days. You can and will find true happiness, purpose and peace. It’s all up to you, as you have the sole power to make choices every day. Isn’t that all what we’re truly after?

Imagine what you can discover if you made more time to nourish your body, quiet your mind and listen to your intuition.

It’s a brand new month. Why not try and create some healthy habits instead of restrictions? Take some time to meditate and breathe, and think about the things you want to achieve and the life you want to truly live. Sometimes, even writing things out in a notebook can help. Tap into your inner power. Change your perspective, change your life!
