There are allegations that Payne had a seizure before passing away and was escorted to his room after an alleged outburst in the lobby. Payne reportedly fell from his balcony on the third floor of a hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina but some people online are questioning whether or not foul play was involved.
As this Reddit thread explains, allegedly the fall was captured on CCTV footage, but it has not been revealed.

Supposedly, Payne was wearing a backpack and hat at the time of his death which supposedly indicates that he was trying to leave the hotel room- but is this true? There is no evidence to support this alleged claim. Some allege that the impact points could mean that either he was fighting or someone was fighting him before the fall- however, again, this remains unconfirmed as there is no evidence to support it.
