This was a huge weekend for superstar Beyonce as she played in Dubai for a private event filled with A-List stars. The event was a success, well-known faces like Liam Payne, Chloe and Halle Bailey, Rebel Wilson, Nia Long and Kendall Jenner made an appearance.
The night was filled with gorgeous visuals and a setlist of all her hits like, ‘Crazy in Love’, ‘Beautiful Liar’ and tracks from “The Lion King: The Gift”. At one point in the show, Beyonce brought her daughter, Blue Ivy Carter on stage to perform ‘Brown Skin Girl’.
Not to mention the shoutouts made to her parents, husband Jay Z and her children who were in the audience.
Are The Rumours True?
Despite the ‘no photo/video’ policy at this event, pictures and videos of the concert were leaked on the internet. It was a massive production, with beautiful visuals and jaw-dropping costumes.
After the concert, rumours started to float around on whether this will be the start of another incredible era for Beyonce. According to Variety after speaking with show producers, “hear talks with (GRAMMY) show producers are ongoing for a possible onstage appearance.”
Could this mean we may get to see Beyonce at this year’s 2023 Grammy Awards? After neglecting the newest songs on her album, ‘Renaissance’, fans are led to believe that she is saving them all for a bigger production, hence the Grammys.
This year Beyonce is nominated for 9 awards this year. Throughout all her years in the industry, Beyonce currently holds an outstanding 28 Grammys. This year the Grammy Awards will be held on February 5th, although talks of a possible performance are still up in the air, there is still time to wait and see.
