As this other TikTok video explains further (@fesify), Payne seemingly put out alleged “warning signs” before his passing. For instance, some fans thought that him taking off this safety pin necklace was a sign.

Safety Pin Necklace Meaning
Allegedly, if someone is seen wearing a safety pin necklace everyday then, it is usually “a promise not to kill themselves, especially if they have attempted before.”
It is unclear why Payne removed the necklace (or when), or if it held this same sort of significance to him. However, his Wikipedia page alleges that he had previously struggled with suicidal ideation prior to his death.
Although there are conflicting reports about what happened just before he died, the rumored claims circulating right now include the star being under the influence prior to his passing.

Payne’s cause of death is reportedly due to “internal and external” hemorrhages following his fatal fall from the hotel balcony in Argentina.
It was alleged that Payne was “abusive, high, and wasted” before he died in which photos of his trashed hotel room went viral following his passing.
