Madame Web is the fourth film in Sony’s Spider-Man Universe.

Sony Pictures released the trailer of Madame Web. It stars Dakota Johnson as Cassandra Webb, a clairvoyant who can see the future. In the trailer, Cassandra (Johnson), after a near-death experience, starts having visions of the future. She encounters a trio of friends (Sydney Sweeney, Celeste O’Connor and Isabela Merced) and a man, Ezekiel Sims (Tahar Rahim), who is trying to kill her. The film is based on the Marvel character Madame Web.

The other cast includes Mike Epps, Emma Roberts, Adam Scott and Zosia Mamet. It is directed by S.J. Clarkson, who also wrote the screenplay with Claire Parker. Produced by Lorenzo di Bonaventura along with Columbia Pictures in association with Marvel Entertainment.

It’s the fourth film in Sony’s Spider-Man Universe. The previous films were “Venom” (2018), “Venom: Let There Be Carnage” (2021) and “Morbius” (2022). Moreover, it’s the first of the three films in the universe scheduled for the future. Kraven The Hunter (2024) and the sequel of the 2021 film Venom: Let There Be Carnage are next in line.

Madame Web will hit the theatres on February 14, 2024. Watch the trailer below.
