Police officer Maegan Hall is breaking her silence on the sex scandal that broke the internet.

Maegan Hall Police Officer

According to this article, Maegan Hall, the police officer involved in a sex scandal, is breaking her silence on the incident. Check out what she had to say below in an interview with WTVF.

“I know what most people are saying. ‘You could have said no.’ I get it,” Hall reportedly told WTVF in an interview. “But my response to them is that I did say no, and he wouldn’t take no for an answer. Eventually, I gave in from the pressure.”

This is Hall’s first time speaking out publicly about the incident. According to this article, she reportedly blamed the incidents on her marriage issues and that she was lured by other members of the force.

“When I was interviewing for the position at La Vergne Police Department, they described the environment as a family,” Hall said in the interview. “However, while I was aspiring to protect my community, the La Vergne Police Department was not protecting me.”

“My supervisors worked together to take advantage of my vulnerabilities and my mental health,” Hall also stated. “And they used it for their gain and sexual favor. “Who do you even turn to when the chief of police is sexually harassing you? How could I get justice when the entire system, including the chief, not only condoned such behavior but participated in it?” she continued. “I was lost and I felt alone.”

As mentioned here, it seems as though Hall was reading from papers during the interview. “I had no one to run to and I had nowhere to go,” she said.

Hall reportedly had sexual encounters with other male police officers from La Vergne Police Department who were on the force. Incidents allegedly occurred while on duty as well. The incidents cost her – and the others involved- their jobs.

There were reports that photos and videos of the alleged incidents were leaked and circulating online but it seems that those claims have turned out to be false.
