Vie En Rose founder, Malea Rose, is changing the game when it comes to clean, luxury beauty. HOLR had the pleasure of interviewing Malea in the past (here), where she shared her passion for beauty and her journey as an entrepreneur in the skincare industry.
Although Malea had learned how to create organic potions and elixirs when she was younger, the true inspiration behind Vie En Rose stemmed from Malea’s hopes to cure her own skin after she developed skin rashes following a move to California. It turned out that she was super sensitive to other beauty products on the market, and wanted to take matters into her own hands by developing her own lineup of skin-saving products. It was from here that she engaged in detailed research and formulation development to create her own line of versatile products designed to work with every skin type, lifestyle, and age- no matter the climate or situation. The brand’s website describes the Ash + Smoke Creamy Charcoal Cleanser as a refreshing daily cleanser that’s formulated to tighten pores and gently cleanse the skin to help remove impurities. I was excited to try this product because as a makeup girly, I’m always on the hunt for clean, yet gentle products that can help detoxify the skin- removing dirt, and impurities.
Upon first impressions, I can confirm that the cleanser smells AMAZING! The product feels super smooth and silky upon application and I love how ingredients such as pineapple enzyme and lactic acid help my skin feel ultra-hydrated. I could really feel the product deeply cleansing my skin while helping unclog pores and remove dirt. The best part is that the activated charcoal powder helps balance my skin’s pH levels while Alpine rose stem cell work to further nourish my skin. It’s also super easy to rinse off, revealing glowing skin in minutes!
This is a must-add to my everyday routine because the healing blend of infused Swiss Glacier, coconut, and rose waters helps to keep my sensitive skin looking and feeling its best!
Mile High Ultra Hydrating Mist
The Mile High Ultra Hydrating Mist is an everyday anti-aging hydrosol that helps quench thirsty skin thanks to a super-effective and potent cocktail of electrolytes and H2O. Derived from watermelon rind, ripened apple, organic aloe vera, and hyaluronic acid, this mist also features Swiss glacier water, coconut water, and rosewater.
The packaging itself is super luxe, but the product inside is even better! I spritzed the contents of the bottle a few times all over my face to ensure even coverage, and I really love how the mist feels on my skin. It feels super refreshing yet ultra-lightweight, providing my dry skin with the ideal amount of hydration and moisture. It melts right into my skin and I feel like it’s the perfect way to provide an instant pick-me-up during the day.
This product provides a much-needed collagen boost that leaves my skin feeling plump and refreshed for the day ahead. Thanks to a specially formulated anti-aging blend that helps reverse free radical damage and environmental stress, this is an absolute must-have for the cold, winter months because it’s convenient and effective. My skin craves moisture- especially during cooler weather- so this mist is great for spritzing on the go. It’s truly the perfect way to pamper your skin as it helps lock in moisture for up to 24 hours- win-win! I honestly use this product daily because I love how easy it is to give my skin a much-needed boost of hydration. I just spritz and go!
The Love Potion Beauty Oil is a lightweight, anti-aging oil formulated to provide your skin with an illuminating glow. Even before I tried this product, it sounded like the ideal product for me because I am constantly looking for ways to give my skin a dewy, healthy, lit-from-within glow.
I use this product as one of the final steps in my daily beauty skincare routine because I love leaving my skin looking fresh, radiant, and glowy. Let me tell you, this product did not disappoint! I loved how lightweight it feels on the skin, combined with the nourishing ingredients formulated to help calm and soothe. It’s super fast-absorbing making it perfect to use if you’re in a pinch. However, it also features the added benefits of rosehip, sea buckthorn, vitamins C and E, and squalane.
This is a must-have for those dealing with skin irritations such as psoriasis, eczema, and acne because it helps target redness, pigmentation, fine lines, and wrinkles. As someone who deals with sensitive skin redness, I can appreciate that this product helps to even texture and tone. I also love that you can rock it with or without makeup, making it super versatile. I tried it both ways, but I especially love the dewy base that it gives me before my makeup application! This is an everyday essential my skin now can’t live without.
